Participation and Ticket Rules

Everything you need to know to attend GBB 2026.

I. Definitions

Electronic Address – an identifier of an ICT system enabling communication by electronic means, in particular by electronic mail.

Ticket – a document in electronic form entitling the holder to participate in the Event and to enter the Venue.

Business Day – any day except Saturdays, Sundays, and other statutory public holidays.

Client – a person who has concluded or intends to conclude a sales agreement under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Operator – an entity external to the Organizer, acting as an intermediary in processing payments for Ticket purchases.

Commission Fee – a fee payable by the Client to the Payment Operator for processing the payment for the Ticket purchase, included in the Ticket price and non-refundable.

Commercial Information – any information intended directly or indirectly to promote goods, services or the image of an entrepreneur or a person performing a profession requiring fulfilment of statutory requirements, excluding: information enabling communication by electronic means with a specific person, and information regarding goods or services not intended to achieve a commercial effect desired by the entity commissioning its dissemination, in particular when provided without remuneration or other benefits from producers, sellers or service providers.

Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions.

Force Majeure – an extraordinary, external and unforeseeable event that could not be prevented despite exercising due diligence, including in particular: riots, unrest, natural disasters, epidemics (or epidemic threat), martial law, state of emergency, state of natural disaster, war, normative acts, administrative decisions issued by competent public authorities, including those intended to prevent or mitigate the effects of a Force Majeure event.

ICT System – a set of cooperating IT devices and software providing processing, storage, as well as sending and receiving data via telecommunications networks using an appropriate terminal device within the meaning of the Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws, item 1221).

Provision of Services by Electronic Means – the performance of a service provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely), by transmitting data upon the individual request of the service recipient, sent and received using electronic data processing devices, including digital compression, and data storage, which is fully transmitted, received or broadcast via a telecommunications network within the meaning of the Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law.

Electronic Communication Means – technical solutions, including ICT devices and software compatible with them, enabling individual remote communication through data transmission between ICT systems, in particular electronic mail.

Venue – the location where the Event will take place.

Organizer – the entity responsible for preparing and conducting the Event, as well as for selling Tickets for the Event, namely:

  1. Swissbeatbox GmbH - Swissbeatbox GmbH with its registered office at Dufourstrasse 73, CH–9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland, entered into the Zefix Zentraler Firmenindex (Zefix – Central Business Name Index) under number CHE.383.373.262, and
  2. SBX Julianna Karpińska - Olańska, ul. Parkowa 3 lok. 2, 15-224 Białystok, Poland NIP: 5423222294.

Event – a music and artistic event, including competitive and concert segments, bringing together artists from around the world, taking place on 24–26 September 2026 as GBB26 at COS Torwar in Warsaw, together with side events whose dates and locations will be announced at a later time.

Website – the online platform for purchasing Tickets for the Event, available at www.gbb.swissbeatbox.com

Security Services – including, among others, employees and persons appointed by the Organizer to ensure the safety of individuals participating in the Event, including verifying the right to enter the Venue and participate in the Event. Members of the Security Services will wear clearly visible identification.

II. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the provisions concerning: the purchase of Tickets through the Website via Electronic Communication Means; procedures applicable in the event of cancellation or changes to the location or date of the Event; the manner of submitting and handling complaints; rules governing entry to the Event; and rules for participating in the Event and remaining on the grounds of the Venue during its duration.
  2. Making the Website available for use constitutes a service provided electronically by the Organizer to the Client within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, performed on the basis of an agreement concluded between the Client and the Organizer and under these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Terms and Conditions are made available on the Website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved, and printed, and they constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Organizer and the Client.
  4. Before concluding the agreement and purchasing a Ticket, the Client is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions. Purchasing a Ticket is equivalent to accepting the content of the Terms and Conditions and agreeing to comply with them, as well as with any additional requirements issued by the Organizer and made available on the Website, including the Code of Conduct and Venue Regulations.
  5. The Organizer sells Tickets within the territory of the Republic of Poland and abroad.

III. Ticket Purchase Rules

  1. A Ticket for the Event may be purchased exclusively through the Website: www.gbb.swissbeatbox.com
  2. A Ticket may be purchased only by a natural person who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code of 23 April 1964. The purchase of tickets by entities that are not consumers (e.g., commercial companies or other business entities) constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the cancellation of the transaction. By accepting the above terms and conditions, the Client declares that they hold consumer status.
  3. Each Client is entitled to purchase only one (1) Ticket for the Event, except for the following Ticket categories:
    1. GBB26: Regular standing;
    2. GBB26: Regular seating;
    3. GBB26: 7 TO SMOKE + Loop Mayhem;
    4. GBB26 Spotlight Session: Early Bird Ticket;
    5. GBB26 Spotlight Session: Regular Ticket
    – for which the Client is entitled to purchase up to four (4) Tickets.
  4. To purchase a Ticket, it is necessary to have:
    • a device with Internet access;
    • an electronic address and access to electronic mail;
    • a valid payment card.
  5. The sale of the first batch of Tickets will begin on 31/10/2025 at 12:00 (Polish time) and will continue until the available pool of Tickets is sold out or until the end date of the sale specified in an announcement issued by the Organizer and published on the Website. The Organizer will inform, on an ongoing basis through the Website, about the start dates of sales for subsequent batches of Tickets.
  6. In the case of a seated Ticket, the Organizer reserves the right to change the seat selected by the Client if this is necessary for technical or safety reasons. In such a situation, the Client will be offered another seat within the zone most similar to the originally chosen one.
  7. During registration, the Client is required to provide accurate and truthful information. If the Organizer has any doubts regarding the correctness of the data, the actual circumstances, or the truthfulness of the statements made by the Client in connection with acquiring the right to participate in the Event (e.g., data or statements provided during registration), the Organizer is entitled to request additional evidence confirming such data, circumstances, or statements. This may include presenting an identity card or another identification document, or submitting additional statements or statements in a specific form (e.g., in writing).
  8. The resale of a Ticket/Tickets is prohibited, except for transactions carried out officially via the platform www.ticketswap.com. A violation of this prohibition may result in liability for a petty offense under the provisions of the Act of 20 May 1971 – the Code of Petty Offenses.
  9. The Organizer is entitled to cancel a Ticket in the following situations:
    1. the Client made the payment in violation of the law;
    2. the Ticket was offered for resale outside the Website (except through authorized resale channels, i.e., the platform www.ticketswap.com);
    3. the Ticket was purchased from a source other than the Website;
    4. the Ticket was not paid for or was only partially paid for;
    5. the Client purchased more Tickets than permitted under these Terms and Conditions;
    6. the Ticket was purchased in violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions;
    7. and in any other situations expressly indicated in the Terms and Conditions.
  10. In the cases indicated in point 9 letters a–d, the Organizer is entitled to report the incident to the competent law enforcement authorities.
  11. A purchased Ticket for the Event may not be used in any advertising or promotional activities (including as a prize in contests or lotteries), nor may it be used for any other commercial or trading purposes by third parties without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
  12. The Organizer draws attention to the need for careful selection of the Ticket and thoughtful decision-making regarding its purchase, as the Ticket is neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in cases provided for in these Terms and Conditions or where permitted by generally applicable law.

IV. Price and payment

  1. The Ticket prices displayed on the Website are expressed in EUR and are gross prices, meaning they include 8% VAT and the Commission Fee, which consists of:
    • an amount of EUR 0.67 for a Standing Ticket,
    • an amount of EUR 0.84 for a Seated Ticket, and
    • an amount corresponding to 4% of the Ticket value.
  2. The prices shown on the Website, as well as the Ticket descriptions, constitute commercial information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. At the moment the Website confirms acceptance of the order for processing, the prices become binding.
  3. Prices are charged in EUR, and any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or other costs related to the purchase of the Ticket are borne by the Client.
  4. Payments shall be made via the Payment Operator, using the payment methods offered by the Operator at the time of purchase.
  5. The Client has the right to choose the method of payment for the Ticket, unless only one or certain payment methods are available for a given transaction.
  6. A Ticket is considered purchased at the moment the payment is made. Payment is understood as the moment when the funds are credited to the account of the Payment Operator or when the Payment Operator confirms the completion of the transaction. If the funds are not credited to the Payment Operator's account or if the Payment Operator does not confirm the transaction, the order will be cancelled.
  7. The confirmation of payment and the effective purchase of the Ticket is the receipt issued by the Payment Operator. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer and the Payment Operator inform that they do not issue VAT invoices.
  8. The Client agrees to receive the receipt in electronic form.
  9. The Client is obliged to retain the receipt.

V. Withdrawal from the Agreement

In accordance with Article 38(1)(12) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the Client is not entitled to withdraw from a contract for the provision of services relating to accommodation (other than for residential purposes), the transport of goods, car rental, catering, or services related to leisure, entertainment, sports, or cultural events, if the contract specifies the date or period of the service (which applies to Tickets).

VI. Cancellation, Change of Time or Venue of the Event, Ticket Refunds, Change of Data

  1. Subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, a Ticket purchased by the Client is non-refundable, and the Client is not entitled to demand reimbursement of the purchase price.
  2. In the event that the Event is cancelled, or the date, programme, or venue of the Event is changed by the Organizer (except where such changes result from the occurrence of Force Majeure), the Organizer shall promptly inform the Clients by posting an appropriate notice on the Website or by electronic means to the email address provided by the Client, indicating the new date or venue of the Event.
  3. In the event of cancellation, or a material change of the date or venue of the Event, the Client shall—upon their request—be entitled to a refund of the Ticket price, reduced by the Commission Fee payable to the Payment Operator, consisting of the elements listed in Section IV item 1 above.
    To obtain a refund, the Client must submit a completed statement (available below), together with the receipt confirming the purchase of the Ticket, by email to [email protected], within no more than 14 days from the date the cancellation, date change, or venue change was announced on the Website or from receiving such information by email. Submission of the statement will be confirmed by the Organizer via email.
    For the avoidance of doubt, a material change of the venue shall be understood as relocating the Event to a location at least 350 km from the location originally planned.
  4. Only the Ticket price, including VAT, is refundable as described in item 3 above. The Client is not entitled to reimbursement of currency conversion costs, bank charges, the Commission Fee, or any other costs related to the purchase of the Ticket.
  5. The refund of the Ticket price will be made as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than within 45 business days from the date of receiving confirmation of submission of the statement referred to in item 3 above, to the bank account or payment card used for the purchase.
    If the data necessary to process the refund change, the Client is obliged to provide updated information.
  6. The Organizer reserves the right to request additional documents or Client data confirming the identity of the Ticket purchaser and the person seeking the refund.
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer clarifies that a material change entitling the Client to a refund does not include changes to the Event schedule, the lineup of performing artists, or the absence of any particular artist.
  8. The Organizer points out that the start times indicated on the Ticket are approximate and may be subject to change. In such cases, the Client will be notified of the updated start time via email to the address provided during Ticket purchase. A change in start time is not considered a material change and does not entitle the Client to a refund.
  9. For the following Ticket types: 7 TO SMOKE + Loop Mayhem, GBB26 Spotlight Session: Early Bird Ticket, and GBB26 Spotlight Session: Regular Ticket, the Organizer will inform the Client via email (to the address used during purchase) of the exact venue address where the Event will take place, and the Client acknowledges this. Providing the final address of the venue for these Ticket categories does not constitute a material change of the Event venue, subject to the preceding provisions, and does not entitle the Client to a refund.
  10. In the event of a change in the Event date, a Client who does not submit a statement requesting a refund within the period referred to in item 3 shall retain the right to participate in the Event on the newly designated date, based on the Ticket already held.
  11. The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation resulting from Force Majeure. In such cases, generally applicable law shall apply.
  12. Persons who, in cases provided for in these Terms and Conditions or by law, are denied entry to the Event or are required to leave the Venue during the Event shall not be entitled to any claims against the Organizer, including in particular claims for a refund of the Ticket price.

VII. Entry to the Event

  1. Participation in the Event and entry to the Venue is conditional upon holding and presenting to the Organizer a valid Ticket in electronic form (PDF format), purchased through the Website or via the platform www.ticketswap.com.
  2. Entry and participation of minors under the age of 16 is permitted (to the main event, not afterparty) only if they remain under the supervision of a legal guardian or custodian who holds a Ticket for the same zone as the minor, for the entire duration of the Event.
    The legal guardian or custodian is required, before entering the Venue, to download and sign a declaration of responsibility for the minor and present it to the Organizer.
  3. A minor aged 16 to 18 may participate in the Main Event (not afterparty)on the basis of their own Ticket; however, entry to the Venue is conditional upon presenting to the Organizer a signed declaration of consent for the minor's participation in the Event and of responsibility for the minor, completed by the legal guardian or custodian.
  4. Minors and their legal guardians or custodians participating in the Event are required to hold and present, upon request of the Organizer or persons appointed by the Organizer, the Ticket and the relevant declarations referred to in points 2 and 3 above.
  5. If Tickets are purchased for several persons, those individuals may enter the Venue only at the same time and in the presence of the Client who purchased the Tickets.
  6. Entry to the Event is free of charge for children under 3 years of age.
  7. The Organizer or the Security Services may refuse participation in the Event or entry to the Venue to persons who:
    1. do not possess a Ticket;
    2. fail to comply with the rules established by the Organizer or by authorized third parties;
    3. are visibly under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, psychotropic substances, or other similar substances;
    4. possess weapons or other prohibited items, materials, products, beverages, means, or substances;
    5. behave aggressively, provocatively, rudely, or in any manner that poses a threat to the safety or order of the Event;
    6. wear dangerous clothing (e.g., shoes with metal tips);
    7. possess whistles, horns, or other noisy gadgets;
    8. have an appearance that makes identification impossible;
    9. possess plastic or glass containers, cans, etc.;
    10. possess other dangerous objects;
    11. do not possess an identification document.
    The assessment of whether an item is dangerous shall be at the discretion of the Organizer or the Security Services.
  8. Upon arriving at the Venue, the Ticket holder must proceed to the entrance gates to have their Ticket scanned. Once the Ticket has been scanned, it becomes invalid, and in its place the Organizer or the Security Services will place a wristband on the Ticket holder's wrist. The absence of a wristband makes participation in the Event impossible and may constitute grounds for the Organizer to require the person to leave the Venue.
  9. The removal, destruction, or loss of the wristband results in the loss of the right to participate in the Event, and the Organizer bears no liability in this regard and is not obliged to provide any compensation or other benefits.
  10. In the event of damage to the wristband, the Ticket holder is required to go to the designated Organizer point with the Ticket and an identity document. If the damaged wristband was issued to a person who is not the Client, its holder must appear at the designated Organizer point together with the Client.
  11. Afterparty entry(Loop Mayhem, 7 To Smoke, Spotlight): Entry to the Afterparty is allowed only to adults, so participants who at the time of the event finished the age of 18.

VIII. Organizational and Order Rules Applicable on the Venue Premises During the Event

  1. The Organizer will designate areas to which access will be restricted or permitted only for guests and Organizer personnel.
  2. Areas not intended for the public or Event participants include, in particular: backstage, production zones, artist dressing rooms, and technical or organizational rooms.
  3. Event participants and all other persons present on the Venue premises during the Event are required to comply with the instructions of the Security Services and the Organizer. Refusal to comply with such instructions may be justified only if they conflict with generally applicable law.
    Minors participate in the Event solely under the responsibility of the persons supervising them.
  4. The Venue premises during the Event will be monitored and controlled by Security Services personnel in order to prevent the introduction of weapons and other dangerous objects, explosive materials and pyrotechnic articles, fire-hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages, and intoxicating or psychotropic substances prohibited under applicable law.
  5. Persons participating in the Event and all other individuals present on the Venue premises must behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of others present at the Event and must comply with these Terms and Conditions and with any other regulations and rules established by the Organizer.
    It is prohibited to destroy greenery, litter, damage signs and information boards, advertising carriers, equipment, or devices located on the Venue premises, etc.
  6. All persons present on the Venue premises during the Event must carry the wristband issued to them at all times.
  7. It is prohibited to bring into or possess on the Venue premises during the Event:
    1. weapons or other dangerous objects;
    2. explosive materials or pyrotechnic articles;
    3. fire-hazardous materials;
    4. food, except for persons whose health condition requires it and this is confirmed by a medical certificate;
    5. alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
    6. any type of tripods, selfie sticks, or GoPro cameras;
    7. drones and laser pointers;
    8. intoxicants or psychotropic substances.
  8. Without the knowledge and consent of the Organizer, any form of recording, filming, or capturing the Event by any method is strictly prohibited.
    If this prohibition is not respected, the Security Services or the Organizer have the right to remove the person violating the ban from the Venue and forbid further participation in the Event, as well as to demand the immediate deletion of any photos/recordings made.
  9. If the prohibition referred to in point 8 above is not complied with, the Organizer shall be entitled to seek compensation for any damage resulting therefrom, including loss of profit.
  10. It is prohibited to conduct any commercial or other profit-making activity on the Venue premises without the Organizer's consent.
  11. Within the scope permitted by applicable law, the Organizer is entitled to record the course of the Event—and in particular the behaviour of individuals—using devices that record image and sound.
  12. The Security Services are authorized to:
    1. verify and confirm whether individuals are entitled to participate in the Event, and if such entitlements are not confirmed – to refuse entry to the Venue and/or participation in the Event, or to request that they leave the Venue;
    2. check individuals' identification documents in order to establish their identity;
    3. inspect the contents of bags and clothing if there is a suspicion that such persons may be bringing in or possessing prohibited items;
    4. issue order-related instructions to persons disturbing public order or behaving in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions, and, if such instructions are not followed, to request that they leave the Venue;
    5. detain, for the purpose of immediate transfer to the Police, individuals who pose a direct threat to protected property or persons committing prohibited acts.
  13. The Security Services are obliged to remove from the Venue any persons whose behaviour disturbs public order or is inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions.
  14. If, during inspection, prohibited items are found in a person's baggage or clothing, the Security Services member—after consulting the Organizer—shall refuse such person entry to the Event or remove them from the Venue.
  15. Persons who—pursuant to these Terms and Conditions or applicable law—are denied entry to or presence at the Event are not entitled to a refund of the Ticket price or to any other claims.
  16. During the Event, the sale of alcohol on the Venue premises may take place only in designated areas and only on the basis of the required permit.
  17. It is prohibited to display during the Event any slogans or chants that provoke or encourage disruption of order or safety, that may incite conflict, or that are offensive or degrading to others on the basis of sex, race, religion, age, beliefs, political views, sexual orientation, subcultural affiliation, sports preferences, or for any other reason.
  18. Persons participating in the Event are required to comply with the smoking ban arising from generally applicable law as well as from specific regulations in force at the Venue.
  19. At the Event, all persons must follow the information provided, comply with mandatory and prohibitory signs, and follow the instructions issued by the Security Services or the Organizer.

IX. Recording

The Organizer records the course of the Event for the purposes of documenting and promoting/advertising the Event and other initiatives of the Organizer, as well as the Event's sponsors.

The image of persons present on the Venue premises and participating in the Event in any capacity may be recorded and subsequently disseminated for the Organizer's documentation, reporting, advertising, and promotional purposes, to which the Client and all persons participating in the Event hereby give their consent.

The Organizer is not obliged to provide any compensation in this regard, and persons whose image has been recorded and subsequently disseminated for the purposes indicated above are not entitled to any claims.

X. Warnings Regarding Hazards

  1. The Organizer informs that persons participating in the Event and present on the Venue premises during its duration may be exposed to continuous presence in areas with very high sound levels, which may cause hearing damage, as well as areas with strobe lighting and laser effects, which may cause visual discomfort.
    Pregnant women, children, and individuals suffering from epilepsy are particularly at risk. The Organizer further informs that during performances, there is a high level of sound wave propagation, to which children are especially vulnerable.
    In case of any doubts, each of the individuals mentioned above should obtain appropriate medical advice before deciding to remain on the Venue premises during the Event. Due to possible intense and momentary acoustic wave levels during the Event, the Organizer recommends that participants consider using specialized hearing protection.
  2. The Organizer informs that no insurance is provided (e.g., accident insurance) covering illnesses, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur in connection with participation in the Event, unless they result from the Organizer's actions or omissions.
  3. The Organizer informs that every person participating in the Event should secure their belongings against loss on their own and should not leave them unattended during the Event.

XI. Complaints

  1. Complaints related to the purchase of a Ticket via the Website should be submitted by email to [email protected]
  2. Complaints will be reviewed promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Organizer. Receipt of the complaint will be confirmed by email.
  3. A complaint should include a concise description of the issue and provide the following details of the person submitting it: order number, full name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as any related claims.
  4. If the Organizer does not accept the complaint, the Client may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods. In particular, the Client may seek assistance from consumer organizations or municipal/county consumer ombudsmen. Detailed information on available out-of-court dispute resolution methods and access to these procedures is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK): www.uokik.gov.pl. The Client may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform, available at: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/site-relocation_en?event=main.home2.show&lng=PL

XII. Liability

  1. The Organizer reserves that the use of the Website takes place solely at the Client's own cost and risk.
  2. The Organizer is liable for compliance of the service with the contract, in accordance with applicable law. The Organizer is liable towards the Ticket purchaser for delivering a Ticket consistent with the submitted order and entitling the holder to enter the specified Event, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations and the Organizer's Rules.
  3. The Organizer shall not be liable for:
    • any damage resulting from the Client's use of the Website in a manner inconsistent with the law or the Regulations;
    • any damage caused by the disclosure of personal data in accordance with the Regulations;
    • providing incorrect data when placing an order for the purchase of a Ticket;
    • any damage arising from refusal to recognize a Ticket or allow it to be used if such refusal results from the Client's own actions or omissions that violate the Organizer's Rules;
    • failure to inform the person for whom the Client purchases a Ticket and providing their personal data to the Organizer, including the absence of consent for such data transfer or the withdrawal of such consent;
    • refusal to honor the Ticket and refusal of admission to the Event in the case of Tickets purchased from a source other than the Website or the platform www.ticketswap.com
  4. The Organizer shall not be liable for the blocking by email server administrators of messages sent to the email address provided by the Client, nor for the deletion or blocking of emails by software installed on the device used by the Client.

XIII. Personal Data Protection

  1. The controller of the personal data provided to us is Swissbeatbox GmbH, a limited liability company operating under Swiss law, with its registered office at Dufourstrasse 73, CH–9000 St. Gallen, entered into the Zefix Zentraler Firmenindex (Zefix – Central Business Name Index) under number CHE.383.373.262, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller."
  2. For all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights connected with such processing, you may contact the designated Data Protection Officer (General Manager of Swissbeatbox GmbH) at the following address: [email protected]
  3. Providing personal data such as: name, surname, address, email address, date of birth, and phone number is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of performing the ticket sale agreement.
  4. The Client may also give separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials from the Organizer, including commercial newsletters. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.
  5. If the Client provides, in the order, personal data of another person who will use the Ticket, the Client declares that they have:
    1. obtained that person's consent to provide their data to the Organizer and to process such data for the purposes specified in the Regulations, prior to submitting it;
    2. informed that person about the Organizer, including its name and registered office address;
    3. informed that person about the purpose and scope of the personal data collected by the Organizer;
    4. provided information about the source of the data;
    5. made that person familiar with the Regulations and the Organizer's Privacy Policy;
    6. informed that person of their right to access and rectify the provided personal data and of other rights arising from the provisions of the RODO/GDPR.
  6. Detailed principles governing the Organizer's processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website. The provisions of the Privacy Policy form an integral part of the Regulations.

XIV. Validity of the Regulations

  1. The Regulations enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce amendments to the Regulations, including but not limited to:
    1. changes to the Website, including the introduction of new functionalities or those resulting from newly added services, as well as changes to technical requirements;
    2. changes to the Ticket distribution process;
    3. additions or modifications to the services provided by the Organizer or the goods offered;
    4. improvements in the quality of services and facilitation of the use of the Website;
    5. enhancement of the security of the Website and available functionalities, particularly the Ticket purchasing process, as well as prevention of misuse or use of the Website in violation of the law;
    6. the need to amend or adapt the Regulations to applicable laws, as well as decisions, orders, rulings, interpretations, or other acts issued by public authorities;
    7. the need to clarify or elaborate on provisions of the Regulations;
    8. updates to the Organizer's data or other related information.
  3. Any amendments to the Regulations, along with the date of their entry into force, will be made available to Clients on the Website. For Ticket orders already placed, the provisions of the Regulations in the version accepted at the time of placing the order shall apply.

XV. Final Provisions

  1. The ticket sales agreement is governed by Polish law.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including in particular the provisions of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 and the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
  3. The Parties agree to resolve any disputes primarily through amicable means. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, or if one of the Parties causes unjustified delays in attempting to resolve the matter amicably, either Party may pursue claims in court. The competent court for resolving disputes shall be the common court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the Organizer – SBX Julianna Karpińska-Olańska.
  4. When using the Website, Clients are prohibited from providing any unlawful content or any content that violates the law or good morals. The Client must also refrain from any activity that could adversely affect the proper functioning of the Website, including, in particular, interfering with its content or technical elements. The use of the Website for purposes contrary to its intended function is strictly prohibited.
  5. These Regulations have been drafted in both Polish and English. In the event of any discrepancies between the two versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
