When does the Grand Beatbox Battle 2026 take place?
The Grand Beatbox Battle 2026 (GBB26) will take place from 24 to 26 September 2026.

The event will be held at COS Torwar in Warsaw, Poland.
Can I resell my ticket for Grand Beatbox Battle 2026?
Yes, but only through the authorized resale platform TicketSwap. Selling tickets in any other way is strictly prohibited.
Can I return my ticket for Grand Beatbox Battle 2026?
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the Organizer. In such cases, a refund of the ticket price (minus all processing fees) will be issued.
What is the ticket purchase limit per person?
Each user may purchase 1 ticket, except for specific categories (e.g., Regular Standing, Regular Seating, Spotlight Session, Loop Mayhem) for which up to 4 tickets may be purchased.

When will I receive my tickets?
After purchasing your ticket you’ll receive an order confirmation that leads to the order status page where you can download your tickets.
I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Use the Weeztix search tool at weeztix.com/search to locate your ticket. If you still can’t find it, reach out to Weeztix via [email protected] and include: the name of the event, the email address used to purchase the tickets, and a copy of the bank statement of the transaction.

Do I need to print my tickets?
No. Tickets can be scanned directly from your phone—just set the screen to full brightness.
I bought multiple tickets. Can we enter separately?
Yes. Each page contains an individual ticket with its own QR code, so you can send tickets to friends and enter separately.
What is ticket personalisation and why is it necessary?
Ticket personalisation adds your name and other information directly to the e-ticket so it’s assigned to the person named on the ticket.
How do I personalise my ticket?
Go to your order status page via the “Download your tickets” button in the order confirmation email. Complete the requested fields for each ticket; once finished, your ticket becomes available for download if it isn’t sealed.
What are sealed tickets?
Sealed tickets become available for download shortly before an event starts. They help prevent fraud and discourage unfair ticket trading.
When can I download my sealed tickets?
The order status page shows the date and time sealed tickets become available. They unlock shortly before the event.
How do I reach the order status page?
Use the “Download your tickets” link in the confirmation email of your purchase to open the order status page.
Can I resell my sealed tickets?
You can only sell sealed tickets via TicketSwap. Visit the order status page, scroll to the “Changed your mind or can’t go?” section, and select TicketSwap (or Tixel when available) to follow the official resale process.
What is the minimum age to attend the event?
Main Event Entry: Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event. Attendees aged 16–18 may enter alone but must present a signed parental or guardian consent form. There is no upper age limit. Afterparty entry(Loop Mayhem, 7 To Smoke, Spotlight): Entry to the Afterparty is allowed only to adults, so participants who at the time of the event finished the age of 18.
What side events will take place during Grand Beatbox Battle 2026?
Alongside the main competition you can expect “7 To Smoke,” “Loop Mayhem Afterparty,” and the GBB Spotlight Experience Session. Additional events will be announced on the organizer’s social media channels.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
No. The organizer issues only an electronic receipt as proof of purchase.
What can I bring (and not bring) to the event?
Weapons, dangerous items, alcohol, beverages, food (unless medically required), drugs, drones, laser pointers, selfie sticks, and GoPro cameras are not permitted. Only personal items necessary for your stay are allowed.
